HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY SPA PEANUT SAUCE

I dedicate this to all the lovers out there and to @gabimoskowitz and @lenadunham and @eatthelove and the rest of you food porn stars I haven't met yet.
  1. This is the one I'll be remembered for. This and my vegan walnut coconut dark chocolate chunk ice cream. I learned this from my friend chef Michel stroot from the golden door spa. It's not as good as regular peanut sauce but it's way less calories and I love it.
  2. In a blender combine the following and blend it up:
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoons of minced fresh ginger.
    Just cut off the skin and use a grater until you have this amount it's easy
  4. 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  5. 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice
    If you don't have a juice squeezer or to make it easier you can just buy a little thing of fresh oj
  6. 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
  7. 1 teaspoon of sriracha
  8. 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
  9. 1 tablespoon of honey
  10. 2 tablespoons of water
  11. Then if you want to make it even better at the very end add a few sprigs of fresh cilantro and pulse the blender just so it chops it up a bit.
  12. I used this sauce for this Vietnamese zucchini pasta dish
  13. You can also use it for cold spelt noodles with cucumbers and carrots. @joshthecook told me about this pasta its made by vita spelt it comes out perfect
  14. Or put it on a salad with chicken or something I don't know.
