Best Pastries I've Eaten in Paris So Far

Just gettin' started.
  1. Eclairs from Blé Sucré.
    Chocolate vs. coffee: the debate continues.
  2. Viennoiserie from Pâtisserie by Cyril Lignac.
    I think this place is probably a little too high on itself, but not so much that I can't enjoy it. (Also: three minutes from my apartment.)
  3. Still to come, for sure: Dalloyau; Sudharu Aoki; Pierre Hermé; a Coup de Soleil from Mariage Frères.
    Anything new/noteworthy to recommend, @mollyyeh?
