  1. Break matza into pieces and soak it in water to soften it up.
  2. Then proceed like making French toast. Beat some eggs with a little milk.
  3. Soak the matza in the egg mixture for a few minutes.
  4. Fry it in butter.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar. I remember powdered sugar, but my mom says she could never get kosher-for-Passover powdered sugar and just sprinkled regular sugar on top.
