I made a Rose Mango Daiquiri
And here's the recipe in case you all want to get happy on a Tuesday night 😊
- •One mango, pitted and peeledIt's not mango season for me so I used tinned mango (1 whole small tin, sans juice). I guess you could use frozen mango too.
- •Juice of 1 lime
- •1/2 teaspoon rose water
- •2 ounces golden rumI *may* have used a little more rum than this. What can I say, life's short.
- •2-4 ice cubesI used 4.
- •And voila.Enjoy. I have!
