And here's the recipe in case you all want to get happy on a Tuesday night 😊
  1. One mango, pitted and peeled
    It's not mango season for me so I used tinned mango (1 whole small tin, sans juice). I guess you could use frozen mango too.
  2. Juice of 1 lime
  3. 1/2 teaspoon rose water
  4. 2 ounces golden rum
    I *may* have used a little more rum than this. What can I say, life's short.
  5. 2-4 ice cubes
    I used 4.
  6. Blend!
  7. And voila.
