My routine this week

  1. Get up early, shower, get dressed, make tea, sit down to write for 30-45 minutes before I have to leave for work.
  2. Listen to podcast or audiobook on the bus on the way to work.
    Something inspirational or entertaining.
  3. Arrive at work and immediately send good luck DM to @jessicaz for her exam that day. She'll be up by now 😊
  4. Sit at my work desk and try to keep myself so busy that I don't have time to look at the clock and wish that I could be writing instead.
  5. I've brought my laptop to work with me, so at lunch I sit across from my boss in awkward silence as I absentmindedly shovel food in my mouth while I type.
    She probably thinks I'm working on my resume. Maybe I am... 😈
  6. My afternoon at work is just like my morning. Keep busy so the time goes by quickly.
  7. Get home, feed myself with something I cooked in bulk on the weekend so I don't have to think about what to cook when I get home from work.
    I'll watch a little something while I'm eating. This week I'm on season 2 of Utopia. It's hilarious. Although, tonight I'll be watching the latest eps of Rosehaven and Upper Middle Bogan that I download from iTunes.
  8. Fluff around for about 30 to 45 minutes.
    I'm trying to eliminate this step.
  9. Shut my door and write for about an hour.
  10. Shower and fall into an exhausted but happy sleep.
  11. Rinse and repeat.
