  2. Stop making excuses, even you are tired of your BS.
  3. Try to go at least one night a week where you're not drinking wine from a box.
  4. You don't have to take photos of everything.
    Sometimes it's ok just to enjoy whatever it is without documenting it.
  5. Eat more fruit.
  6. Eat less pasta.
  7. Watch that extra episode. Don't let Netflix judge you.
  8. Stop worrying about what other people think of you.
    They're probably too wrapped up in their own world to notice you.
  9. Wear a skirt every now and then, just to shock the hell out of people.
  10. Learn the art of macrame. Just because.
