Other things I did with the double batch of vegan mozzarella I made

  1. Put a generous scoop onto an open tomato toastie and popped it under the grill to warm and melt it.
    A couple of times for breakfast.
  2. Put it in a sexy calzone I made for dinner.
    So cheesy.
  3. Ate spoonfuls straight from the container while I was waiting for other things to cook.
