I love movies that are slightly off the beaten path and I'm looking for some recommendations. The weirder the better!
  1. Buzzard
  2. Blue Ruin
  3. Toad Road
  4. Stranger By the Lake
Admittedly a little tough to watch since I'm not a purveyor of gay cinema, but it's a brilliantly made, high tension thriller that unfolds at a painfully slow pace.

  20. 10 Items Or Less
Barely feature-length, this is a beautiful movie that Brad Silberling somehow directed. Morgan Freeman basically playing himself. Wonderful, wonderful movie. Good luck finding it! Even the DVD isn't sure of itself.
