THE CYCLE OF JUDGMENTAL THOUGHTS

With an example from my commute home today.
  1. First, extreme external judgement.
I find myself thinking, "God, his hair is so ugly. Why would anyone choose to make their hair look like that? I don't get it, it's so bad."
  2. Which then leads to extreme internal judgement.
"Judy, what is wrong with you. Why the hell does it matter how he likes to style/dye his hair? You don't know a single thing about this stranger on the bus. Don't be such a dick."
  3. Rinse and repeat. Forever.
