1. Eat regular meals. Hmm, I wonder why I feel like crap? Could it be because I can't recall how I fed myself today but I definitely did, almost constantly, and while standing in my kitchen?
  2. Pop my zits. I know the dermatologist says this is bad. But if it's so bad, why does it feel so satisfying?
  3. Wear antioxidant serum. Because my body is decaying every day and those antioxidants supposedly delay the process. That's why I bought a bottle of it. And yet it sits untouched in my cabinet.
