Why am I tired

  1. Stayed up late two or three or four nights in a row
  2. Stressed about holidays
  3. Normal day to day stress
  4. Drank weird coffee
  5. Only ate one Starbucks sandwich
  6. Worried people are mad at me
  7. Money stress
  8. Don't exercise
  9. Just got off work
  10. Didn't drink enough water
