  2. Yell at someone not responsible
  3. Apologize
  4. Vent to receptionist
  5. Vent to office mates
  6. Receive an email clarifying the issue and feel momentarily vindicated
  7. Yell at no one that you were right all along
  8. Make coffee
  9. Close door and hide in office
