THINGS I KNOW I SHOULD STOP DOING BUT I DO ANYWAYS

  1. Reading the comments on local news pages on Facebook
    It only makes me sad and angry. I mean, the Internet is filled with shitty comments, but knowing these people live near me adds an extra layer of distress. I always fucking do it though
  2. Putting off my work until the last minute
    It only makes me anxious and stressed and why do I do this to myself? I'm doing it right now, like, thanks self for putting off that last piece of homework until the last few hours. I could be enjoying my summer break already but nah
  3. Not washing dishes right away
    Seriously. I live alone. I use like, eight dishes a day max unless I'm cooking something fancy. If I just did it right away it would take no time but no I like to wait until it is ridiculous
  4. Buying unnecessary things on Amazon when I have no money
    Do I really need 30 succulent cuttings? Or a window prism? Or any fucking thing else? Stop it.
  5. Eating in bed
    THERE ARE CRUMBS NOW KAITLIN. CRUMBS IN YOUR BED. WAS IT WORTH IT? (kinda, tbh)
  6. Napping when I have to wake up early the next day
    Like, I know I'm not going to be able to go to bed on time now and then I'll just be tired and do the same thing the next day and this cycle will never end.
  7. Eating out/getting takeout more than cooking my own food
    This is such a waste of my money, stop being so lazy and make food.
  8. Not taking stuff inside and just letting it accumulate in my car
    There is literally a box of stuff in my trunk from when I moved in August, this is getting ridiculous.
  9. Buying too many kinds of cheese all at once
    I know I like variety but when they start to mold before I can eat them it is too much.
  10. Not taking my vitamin D

  11. Buying more yarn for new projects
    How many unfinished scarfs and blankets do I need? FINISH THOSE FIRST.
  12. Driving aimlessly
    Look, this is just a waste of gas and adds miles and is not good for the environment find a better way to de stress.
