DAILY REMINDERS

  1. It's okay to not be okay.
  2. Don't be mean.
  3. Drink lots and lots of water.
  4. If you know it's going to upset you, don't do it.
  5. Stand up for yourself.
  6. Nap frequently.
    But don't nap at work. That's frowned upon.
  7. It's okay to put yourself first.
  8. Don't wait for people to come to you.
    You're more than capable of reaching out to them too.
  9. If you need to cry, cry.
  10. You deserve to be happy.
  11. You're going to be okay.
