THINGS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE I HAD KIDS

  1. There's something called a "sleep bra"
    I was told I'd need one when I was nursing, but I could have been perky in my pajamas when it really mattered (to which my husband would reply, "clearly you didn't need it to get pregnant").
  2. Things don't change majorly until the kid can crawl
    Eat out, meet your friends for coffee, this kid is an accessory until it's clamoring to be out of the stroller/car seat/ergo.
