My self-care habits

  1. I exercise on the reg. Spin classes, weight lifting, jogging, yoga- I try to be active at least 4-5 days a week
  2. I try to eat vegetables at every meal.
  3. I've transitioned my morning coffee from cream and sugar to black. At least for the first one of the day.
  4. I wash my hands (with the best smelling soap I can find) constantly.
  5. I sleep well.
  6. I give myself 2 hours (to get out of the house) in the mornings.
  7. I have goals to drink water everyday.
  8. I am vigilant about sunscreen.
  9. I enjoy guided meditation.
