My self-care habits
- •I exercise on the reg. Spin classes, weight lifting, jogging, yoga- I try to be active at least 4-5 days a week
- •I try to eat vegetables at every meal.
- •I've transitioned my morning coffee from cream and sugar to black. At least for the first one of the day.
- •I wash my hands (with the best smelling soap I can find) constantly.
- •I sleep well.
- •I give myself 2 hours (to get out of the house) in the mornings.
- •I have goals to drink water everyday.
- •I am vigilant about sunscreen.
- •I enjoy guided meditation.
