Things I got right this week

  1. Exercise
    Good variety, got to run outside, early spin class on Friday.
  2. Dinner
    Salmon with roasted potatoes. Baked ziti. It was a good dinner week.
  3. Smooth mornings.
    Good time management.
  4. Friday
    Incredible hangover, but managed to grind thru 5:45am spin class, good-busy day at work, ate sensibly, ran errands, and taking it easy Friday night.
