Things I got right this week
- •ExerciseGood variety, got to run outside, early spin class on Friday.
- •DinnerSalmon with roasted potatoes. Baked ziti. It was a good dinner week.

- •FridayIncredible hangover, but managed to grind thru 5:45am spin class, good-busy day at work, ate sensibly, ran errands, and taking it easy Friday night.
