Books I Have Read More Than Once

An interesting group of books I have always gone back to when times get tough
  1. Looking for Alaska by John Green
    There is no greater novel than one that works through the mind of a teenager. There is Pudge in all of us. John Green lead me to believe there really is a Great Perhaps and if people were rain I was a hurricane. Can't ever get enough
  2. The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
    "Words are in my not so humble opinion, our most inexhaustible source of magic, capable of inflicting injury and remedying it" The story of the interested Liesel and her true friend Max told through the point of view of Death himself never ceases to make me cherish knowledge and crave more of it. Words are power and we don't know how great they are until they are taken away.
  3. The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
    Is any list complete without talking about this 20s novel that still brings tears to my eyes and a new perspective each time I open it? I always find myself going back to Nick Carroway whenever I too find myself in an in-between state. He is, and I quote, the most honest person he has ever met. This is the book that made me appreciate literature and I find comfort in knowing there is always going to be a great light shining somewhere. "So we beat on..."
