Thirty Minute Activities I Can Achieve And In That Simple Act Will Contribute To My Happiness

I have a lot of free time this summer but I'm letting it get me down lately tbh. BUT I HAVE THE POWER OF MIND CONTROL OVER MY OWN MIND.
  1. Doing my make up
    I've been all #AliciaKeysAndTheNoMakeUpSaga lately and this is a morning activity. Going to be hard to commit to at Six In The Freaking Morning.
  2. Reading.
    Currently Persuasion.
  3. Weeding, watering, appreciating my garden
    Needs hella work.
  4. Running on the treadmill
    (Lol yeah right, but maybe I'll try it once?)
  5. Taking a bath
    A half an hour seems like a waste of a bath but it honestly centers me.
