- •CholesterolLDL's bad. HDL's is good. Both are cholesterol.
- •FiberDigestible and indigestible. Both are important. Raises HDL's. Good for digestion. Very important!
- •CarbohydratesAbout 50% of diet. Eat your vegetables. Eat your fruits. Eat your whole grains.
- •ProteinPlant and animal protein good!
