1. Sunny Sunny Breakfast Salad
    Start with a hearty, filling base like kale or red cabbage. Toss with a zippy lemony dressing to wake you up. Then, a hard boiled, poached or fried egg on top.
  2. Oatmeal, Hold the Raisins & Shit
    Add a beaten egg to a bowl of cooked steelcut oatmeal. Microwave for about 1 minute, 30 seconds. The egg turns into soft-scrambled like pieces. Top with sesame oil, sriracha, and soy sauce.
