DIET TWEEKS & MEAT SUPPLEMENTS FOR A REFORMED MEAT HEAD... ONE YEAR ON...
I've been a vegetarian for a year now, which is weird, but great!!! Im suprised that my love of animals & solidarity with the biocentrism mvmt has prevailed (I thought my love of bacon would win). Still trying to figure out how to get protein/ tasty meals in my belly. Any tips? Also, I think tofu, soy based meat supplements & tempeh are GROSSSS!
