MENTAL HEALTH TO DO LIST

  1. Stand on the beach while wearing a comfortable sweater, and stare at the ocean for however long it takes.
  2. Wake up in the mountains and drink coffee overlooking a rugged foggy landscape.
  3. Culture myself. Get into the classics. Be less ignant.
  4. Take pictures of things that affect my heart by way of making it beat faster or breaking it.
  5. Stop comparing then to now.
  6. Neglect responsibilities to drive somewhere and watch the sunset alone.
