EASY HOMEMADE GRANOLA

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except fruit in bowl, stir well. Spread on cookie sheets, bake ~30 mins, stirring every 10 mins. Add fruit. Package in adorable fucking mason jars.
  1. Oats
    9 cups
  2. Hemp hearts (or wheat germ)
    1 cup
  3. Shredded coconut
    3 cups unsweetened
  4. Seeds - such as sesame, pumpkin, sunflower
    3 cups
  5. Diced dried fruit
    I like apricots or cherries. 3 cups
  6. Nuts - walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts
    4 cups
  7. Cinnamon
    2 tbsp
  8. Allspice, cardamom, cloves
    1 tsp each
  9. Olive oil
    1.5 cup
  10. Maple syrup (or honey, agave, etc.)
    1.5 cup
  11. Eat with yogurt, milk, fruit, etc. Great as ready-made topping for fruit crisp.
