EASY HOMEMADE GRANOLA
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except fruit in bowl, stir well. Spread on cookie sheets, bake ~30 mins, stirring every 10 mins. Add fruit. Package in adorable fucking mason jars.
- •Oats9 cups
- •Hemp hearts (or wheat germ)1 cup
- •Shredded coconut3 cups unsweetened
- •Seeds - such as sesame, pumpkin, sunflower3 cups
- •Diced dried fruitI like apricots or cherries. 3 cups
- •Nuts - walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts4 cups
- •Cinnamon2 tbsp
- •Allspice, cardamom, cloves1 tsp each
- •Olive oil1.5 cup
- •Maple syrup (or honey, agave, etc.)1.5 cup
- •Eat with yogurt, milk, fruit, etc. Great as ready-made topping for fruit crisp.
