BEER DIARY

The first #snowpocalypse of our winter. We've gotten off easy this year.
  1. Badger Hill Foundation Stout (draught)
A little bit smoky. Rich flavor with hints of dark red cherries and dark chocolate.
  2. Central Waters Satin Solitude Imperial Stout (draught)
Like roasty Hershey's Syrup. Dry and not too sweet. Is this the same way I described it last week?
  3. Central Waters Brewer's Reserve Bourbon Barrel Stout (bottle)
No mistaking the bourbon! Smell it, taste it, then dig down to the rich, dark chocolatey fudginess. How does this compare to the draught version I had last week?
  4. CJ the cat (lap)
