I don't understand why this is a hard question but it is

  1. β€’
"Is the area sun or shade?" is one of the hardest questions for people to answer when we start conversations about what plants will work in a particular area.
  2. β€’
    Typical answers we get:
  3. β€’
"Well it's outside, so it's sun"
  4. β€’
"The sun rises in the east and sets in the west"
    You sure about that? πŸ™„
  5. β€’
"The sun goes over my house"
Weird, it doesn't go through it? πŸ˜‰
  6. β€’
"Which way does my house face"
    I'm not sure since I don't know you. πŸ€”
  7. β€’
    "I've never looked"
    Never ever? πŸ€“
  8. β€’
    "Is that really important"
    Yes it is. πŸ™ƒ
  9. β€’
    "It's my front yard"
Ok let me take you to our front yard only aisle 😏
  10. β€’
    "It's sun 24/7"
Do you even know what 24/7 means πŸ˜†
  11. β€’
    "It's sun day and night"
    Whaaaat? πŸŒ“
  12. β€’
And my favorite is when they spin in a circle to get their directional bearings then stop and face a direction and make a rainbow motion with their arm and tell me "the sun goes like this"
πŸ‘‹πŸΌπŸŒˆ thanks for the show but that tells me nothing
  13. β€’
None of the above are what I'm looking for. Helpful answers would be "4 hours of morning sun" "it's full sun" "it's under a huge tree so it's shade"
  14. β€’
I didn't know that we have this product at work and to me it is ridiculous that someone would actually need this but apparently it's highly necessary
  15. β€’
So, if you really can't tell from simple observation you can get one of these.
  16. β€’
$25.99 seems pretty steep but I guess it's the price you have to pay
