Given a few hours of free time the following dishes materialize in large amounts on my stove.
  1. Cinnamon oatmeal
    With swirls of maple syrup or baked apples
  2. Arroz con frijoles roja
    With olives and peppers
  3. Cake or brownies
  4. Pasta
    Either bolognese or alfredo with shrimp and broccoli
  5. Manicures and pedicures for me and LCO treatments on my daughter
