    I like to lightly toast them in a skillet and toss them in pastas, salads, cous cous or if I'm feeling particularly industrious, I'll make a pesto
  5. Fresh herbs
    Flat leafed parsley or cilantro. Fresh herbs > dried herbs
  6. Dried pasta
    Spaghetti or penne
  7. Taste-Me Bird's Eye Chili Sauce
    The BEST hot sauce in the world (I would carry this in my bag like Beyoncé)
  8. Sesame oil
    I love to make a quasi Asian salad dressing with sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper. Toss with arugula.
  9. Raspberry jam
    The only flavor of jam I am partial to
