  4. Tea
    I have this amazing holistic tea that's supposed to help with all your PMS symptoms. Everything from cramps to bitchiness!
  5. Something sweet but also something salty.
    Currently my choices are Starburst Jellybeans and Cheez-its
  6. Music, book, or tv
    Something to keep you entertained while you sit under your heating pad drinking your tea.
  7. Despite having all of these things, I still feel like shit. I hope this bitch goes away soon
