WHAT I ATE TODAY: THE DAY OF THE KALE
- •Breakfast smoothieI finally opened my new Nutribullet. I added half a cup of Greek yogurt, half of a banana, frozen strawberries, orange juice, oats, and a handful of kale. Blended until perfectly green.
- •Soba noodles in a chicken broth w/ sriracha & kale
- •2 bottles of water
- •Ground pork taco w/ taco seasoning, shredded cheese, kale, and blue cheese dressing.
- •2 scoops of Midnight Chocolate ice cream
