WHAT I ATE TODAY: THE DAY OF THE KALE

  1. Breakfast smoothie
    I finally opened my new Nutribullet. I added half a cup of Greek yogurt, half of a banana, frozen strawberries, orange juice, oats, and a handful of kale. Blended until perfectly green.
  2. Soba noodles in a chicken broth w/ sriracha & kale
  3. 2 bottles of water
  4. Ground pork taco w/ taco seasoning, shredded cheese, kale, and blue cheese dressing.
  5. 2 scoops of Midnight Chocolate ice cream
