  1. Organize myself and apply to grad school programs
  2. Run a 10k
  3. Attempt a half marathon but not beat myself up about it if I don't do as well as I thought
  4. Travel to Seattle
  5. Travel to Sacramento
  6. Learn to release feelings and thoughts without judgment
  7. Significantly reduce the amount of clonazepam I need to manage my anxiety
  8. Significantly increase the amount of yoga I do
  9. But still don't beat myself up about it if I'm not perfect in my mind
  10. On a similar note, be kind to myself, especially when speaking to other people
  11. Be the kind of person that makes others feel good about themselves
  12. But still be able to be strong enough to take the time I need for myself
  13. Learn Spanish
