- •Not being able to get out of bed in time for work. typically I am only 5 minutes late. I have been 15 minutes late on line five occasions
- •I actually had to call off for an hour because I just physically get out of bed
- •Over spending (I've done better recently but slipped again this week)
- •Over eating
- •Lack of motivation to do anything other than read watch tv and play games on my iPad after work.
