DEPRESSION

  1. Not being able to get out of bed in time for work. typically I am only 5 minutes late. I have been 15 minutes late on line five occasions
  2. I actually had to call off for an hour because I just physically get out of bed
  3. Over spending (I've done better recently but slipped again this week)
  4. Over eating
  5. Lack of motivation to do anything other than read watch tv and play games on my iPad after work.
