What I heard at work

Yikes!
  1. Pivot - Pivot - Pivot
Seems like there is a lot of pivoting from one thing to the next. If your not pivoting your deciding when to pivot. Makes me dizzy.
  2. Right. Right! Right?
I'm confused - what used to be a word used to confirm as in "is that right?" It is Now a filler or just a statement. Like "we met for 2 hours right and we still have more to do." How do I know how long you met.
  3. Deck
PowerPoint rules! "great deck". "Very long deck". "That deck was dense." "He drained every slide in the deck".
  4. Offline
Let's take that offline. Sometimes it seems like a majority of the meeting content is carried over offline. Begs the question of why do you need the meeting.
