1. Electric Light Orchestra
who can listen to Twilight and not tap their foot?
  2. Sleater-Kinney
Always such thoughtful songs. All three members seem down to earth and v cool.
  3. Led Zeppelin

  4. Styx
    Just an epically fun band.
  5. Crosby, Stills, Nash (& Young)
First concert with my dad. Déja Vu was the first album that made me cry. I was also in love with Graham Nash for a year.
  6. The Beatles
Every time I think I've gotten all the Beatles I can muster there winds up being more.
  7. Peter Paul & Mary
    I really love those kids.
  8. Cage the Elephant
I saw them live without knowing any of their music. A friend had burned me a mixtape with In One Ear on it. We saw them at a festival and an older (late sixties) woman was behind us and stood there the whole time and was so excited to see them, and I just kept hoping that would be me at that age.
  9. Duran Duran
I think that Rio might be the most wonderful song on earth.
  10. The Beach Boys
Seeing Pet Sounds live was slightly awe-inspiring and completely glorious.
