I typically don't make them but this year I felt it was necessary! There are little things I wanna do as well but these are the 5 major ones!
- 1.Do! - I'm the type to dream up an adventure or cool activity and get so excited and hopeful and then never experience it! In 2016, I will. 🌎
- 2.Be happy! - I'm usually the Debbie downer in the bunch because who can't find something to complain about if you're looking for one. In 2016, I'm going to be positively happy. ☺️
- 3.Dance!- this speaks for itself. I will dance as often as I can and not be embarrassed.💃🏽
- 4.Feel! - I usually don't show, feel or express any emotions but I realize how important it is to just feel and live in your truth.🙃
- 5.Health! - obviously a part of everyone's resolutions is to be skinny and work out! I wanna be strong physically as well BUT I wanna be spiritually and mentally healthy first and for most. BALANCE IS KEY. 🔑
