The Vagina Diet
I love food and I love my vagina, but now I'm trying to eat the food my vagina will love.
- •Week OneFor the first week I've been drinking Cranberry juice every night. I've incorporated yogurt and more fruit into my diet including apples, blueberries, bananas, and oranges. Along with this I have to kick out my beloved junk food (bye bye cheetos🙁) On top of this I've been bath with either tea tree oil or baking soda mixed in to help balance my ph and get rid of any bad bacteria.
