THINGS I'M ADDING TO MY LIFE IN OCTOBER
It's a new month (ish) (it takes a while to really feel like a new month) and here is what I'm doing.
- •Starting a bullet journal.I make lists and use post it notes and those suckers keep getting lost.
- •Adding 3 days of meditation to my week.Have you heard all the health benefits of meditating regularly? It's ridic. Lower stress, boost mood, increase mindfulness, blah blah blah GO DO IT
- •Running at least 3 days a week.See above. BE HEALTHY, DAMMIT
- •Spending more time sleeping and chillaxing
