THINGS I'M ADDING TO MY LIFE IN OCTOBER

It's a new month (ish) (it takes a while to really feel like a new month) and here is what I'm doing.
  1. Starting a bullet journal.
    I make lists and use post it notes and those suckers keep getting lost.
  2. Adding 3 days of meditation to my week.
    Have you heard all the health benefits of meditating regularly? It's ridic. Lower stress, boost mood, increase mindfulness, blah blah blah GO DO IT
  3. Running at least 3 days a week.
    See above. BE HEALTHY, DAMMIT
  4. Spending more time sleeping and chillaxing
