HOW I GOT ABS 💪🏼

  1. I found an activity I LOVE
    Getting up and going to the gym is easy for me because I love kick boxing. It's fun, and it's always different.
  2. I found a gym I like!
    I like the gym I go to. It's clean and the trainers are very friendly and take the time to get to know me, and my goals! (And it doesn't cost a GAJILLION dollars) also my gym is close to my house so it doesn't take a long time to drive there. NO EXCUSES.
  3. I don't do the same thing every day
    1) you will get bored 2) your body will get bored
  4. I don't over-do it
    I go to the gym about 4 times a week. I try to do my own work out on my treadmill, really just walking/light jogging for an hour once a week.
  5. Eat right
    You can go to the gym 7 times a week but if you're eating junk it won't matter. It's pretty easy for me to eat right because I don't really like junk food so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  6. Just Do It
    Literally that's it. If you like what you're doing, it shouldn't be hard to just get up and go.
