MY PLAN ON HOW TO SURVIVE THIS WEEK

Retail & Black Friday = survival mode
  1. Put on my armor.
    Figuratively. People are stressed. Holidays are stressful. I get it. People take it out on other people. I'll put my armor on and just let it roll off.
  2. Sleep schedule.
    Go to bed early. No watching a TV show before falling asleep. Just go to sleep. EARLY.
  3. Eat well.
    Big breakfasts, good healthy lunches, and dinners filled with lots of lean proteins. DRINK WATER.
  4. Remain positive.
    I'm lucky to have a job I love, and lucky to have a job. 💖
  5. DO THE BEST I CAN DO.
    If I'm doing/trying my best that's all I can do. I'm not a superhuman. I can only do what I can do.
