1. Cilantro (Kuala Lumpur)
Such good lamb. And such good chocolate lava cake. My perennial first stop when I get to Malaysia
  2. Sage (Kuala Lumpur)
Cilantro's sister restaurant. More casual, equally delicious.
  3. Dôme (Kuala Lumpur)
Yes, it's a chain. But I still really like their chicken pie and egg mayo sandwich.
  4. Sushi Hinata (Kuala Lumpur)
They ship their fish from Japan, and they won't open if there isn't fresh fish.
  5. Noble House (Kuala Lumpur)
Their crispy pork and various curry noodles are second to none.
  6. Din Tai Fung (Taipei)
Famous for their soup dumplings. But also watch for: chicken soup, shrimp and egg fried rice, drunken chicken, glutenous rice with red bean paste
  7. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal (London)
Meat Fruit. And I don't even like liver.
  8. The Table Café (London)
Cumberland sausages changed my life. And they put something in their blueberry pancake batter, it's not normal to be that delicious.
  9. Royal China (London)
    Get the lobster noodles.
  10. Fujiya 1935 (Osaka)
Austere and quiet restaurant. Amazingly creative menu that keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time. A delicious and ingenious culinary journey.
