Daily to-do list
  1. Be a considerate driver
  2. Help a coworker
  3. Drink enough water
  4. Take stretch breaks from work
  5. Have empathy when called upon
  6. Sing along to as many songs as I can
  7. Wear something pretty, like a dress... For a 5% happiness boost
  8. Listen when spoken to
  9. Share my perspective, even if I think it's silly
  10. LAUGH, loud and often!
  11. Be grateful
  12. Go to sleep at a reasonable hour so I can be my best tomorrow
