  1. Sauteed Vegetables
    1/8 Onion 1/4 Garlic Clove 1/2 Bell Pepper 3 Kale leaves 5 Baby Port a Bella Mushrooms 1/2 Broccoli head
  2. Eggs
    Unsalted butter 3 eggs 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Place in bowl and mix together. Then scramble with vegetables.
