Healthy dinner.
  1. Chicken breast.
    1 Breast. Blackened and seasoned. I used Red Pepper, Chili Powder, Black Pepper.
  2. Sauteed Onion, Garlic, and Tomatoes.
    Cook without oil in small pan. 1/2 Yellow Onion 1/2 Purple Onion 1 clove Garlic
  3. Sauteed Vegetables.
    Cook in larger pan without oil. 1 Yellow Squash 1 Zucchini 1/2 Broccoli head 5 Kale leaves 1 Carrot 1 Cousa Squash 20 Green Beans raw I seasoned with same spices as chicken and added some Spicy Mango Sauce.
  4. Bell Pepper.
    Cut in half and bake in oven till soft.
  5. Finish up.
    Fill bell pepper with vegetables. Place chicken on top. Spread on onions garlic and tomato.
