WHAT I DO WHEN I FEEL LIKE I'M GONNA FALL ASLEEP AT 4PM

  1. MAKE GREEN JUICE

  3. I don't even have a juicer
  4. In your blender, add: Spinach (or green of choice), mint (or herb of choice), quarter of a lemon or lime or other citrus, maybe some cucumber, and water to fill 3/4 of the way up the solid ingredients. Plus a few ice cubes.
  5. Blend on high until frothy and smooth.
  6. Pour. Drink. Feel life flood your cells.
