1. Be more spontaneous (aka try to move away from doing the same thing each week)
  2. Move my body, drink water, eat good food, floss more
  3. Listen to podcasts more
  4. Chill (in other words stop thinking so much all the time)
  5. Go on my phone less and avoid the Instagram discovery section like the plague
  6. Make value-based intentions. Do things and act in a way that correlates to my values
  7. Be present in each part of my day whether it's lunch with friends, volunteering, or studying
  8. Be ok if I don't accomplish these all the time
