PROUDEST MOMENTS

This is a list of my most gratifying achievements. This list is not just for me, it's also for a very special woman who molded me into the person I am. None of these achievements would have been possible if it weren't for the guidance that she gave me. Everything I do now is out of love for her. I hope I'm making you proud, mom. ❤️
  1. Opening Night of Seussical at BSU: Being cast as a lead in a professional production was the most amazing experience of my life. Feeling the bright lights on my face during bows, after months of hard work, made me come to the realization that this is it, this is home.
  2. Being Cast as Ella: I went into my Cinderella audition with complete doubt that I would get cast as Ella. I was only a sophomore, other people had seniority over me, I had never been in the drama club before, etc. I still remember the feeling I felt when I saw my name on the cast list; pure happiness.
  3. Last Year: Last year, my appendix was leaking inside me. Doctors were unsure if I was going to make it. But I did. Last year, my mother died and I didn't get to say goodbye. Last year, I celebrated my first Christmas without her. Last year felt the end of the world, but while it still affects me everyday, I am proud that I made it through it.
