MY 100-YEAR-OLD GRANDMA'S TIPS FOR STAYING YOUNG

My grandma recently turned 100 and is often mistaken for someone in her 80s. Her Okinawan genes may play a role, but these are the three tips she gives people when they ask her for her secret.
  1. Good attitude
    She has a great sense of humor and is always cracking jokes.
  2. Honey
    She uses it instead of sugar in her coffee. Heaping spoonfuls.
  3. Sweet potato
    She eats lots of it. Particularly the yellow Japanese kind.
