  4. Power singalong on the way to work, praying for every light to be red.
  5. Getting to work early
    So quiet and dark.
  6. Clock-watching before noon
    I might as well count the seconds, but instead I see how few breaths I can take in a ten-minute interval. Then repeat this. It's very relaxing and meditative. All distractions are welcome when the first half of your workday is just proofreading what you did the second half of the previous day.
  7. Sneaking out one minute earlier than the previous day (for the 30th day in a row).
  8. Spotify on the way home. Chill playlist.
  9. Dinner and dvr.
  10. Bed.
