A balanced diet
I had a really busy Monday.
- •6:30 AM: one cup of coffeeCoconut milk creamer for flavor. Breakfast
- •12 PM: one recees cupMy teacher brought us candy! Heck yeah mid morning snack
- •1 PM: one KIND barI didn't have time to pack a lunch and I'm broke so that's all I could do. Lunch
- •5 PM: a handful of goldfishI was in a rush and grabbed a bag with none left. Got one handful and threw the empty bag away with tears in my eyes. Appetizer
- •7 PM: about six pieces of candyI took some middle schoolers trick or treating and ~treated myself~ to dinner on the go
- •9 PM: an actual mealWhen I finally got home I cooked chicken, roasted veggies, and a salad. First real food of the day!
- •Moral of the story: always make time for food or you will be sad.
