A balanced diet

I had a really busy Monday.
  1. 6:30 AM: one cup of coffee
    Coconut milk creamer for flavor. Breakfast
  2. 12 PM: one recees cup
    My teacher brought us candy! Heck yeah mid morning snack
  3. 1 PM: one KIND bar
    I didn't have time to pack a lunch and I'm broke so that's all I could do. Lunch
  4. 5 PM: a handful of goldfish
    I was in a rush and grabbed a bag with none left. Got one handful and threw the empty bag away with tears in my eyes. Appetizer
  5. 7 PM: about six pieces of candy
    I took some middle schoolers trick or treating and ~treated myself~ to dinner on the go
  6. 9 PM: an actual meal
    When I finally got home I cooked chicken, roasted veggies, and a salad. First real food of the day!
  7. Moral of the story: always make time for food or you will be sad.
