1. Yogurt
    Don't get me wrong. I eat normal refrigerated yogurt every morning. But there's something about frozen yogurt that just lets you know it's so unhealthy. It's like ice cream, but guiltless, because it's YOGURT.
  2. Grapes
    I read on the internet that they tasted like candy and ice cream. I mindlessly snacked and before I knew it, I had eaten the whole pound. I have made many mistakes in life, but I usually have good portion control. However, frozen grapes ruined this for me.
  3. Pudding
    I love pudding because it's basically just another unhealthy food you don't have to chew. However, frozen pudding is a game changer. It's creamy like ice cream, but it's healthier than ice cream because it's PUDDING.
  4. Fruit Juice
    Frozen fruit juice has a less sugary taste, which tricks you into thinking it's healthier. And I love tricking myself into thinking my food is healthy.
